Returns & Cancellation/Refund Policy

An order may be cancelled from the moment the order is placed (cancelled on the spot) until 14 business days from the moment the shipment is received by the buyer, provided the buyer has a valid invoice.

Cancellation of an order will be made by calling us at (833) 432-2348 and making a request. Cancellation of an order will be possible in accordance with the instructions below and in accordance with all laws.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment - Cancellation of an order before it is sent by the company. Upon cancellation of the order, the money will be refunded to the customer.

2. Cancellation After Shipment - Customer will return the purchase via USPS Registered Mail to the company address indicated below. Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with any exterior labels intact. Any returned item that does not meet the above requirements will not entitle the customer to a refund and / or any other credit. In any cancellation, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Only after receiving the goods at the company warehouse will the credit be issued.

The credit will always be made under the same conditions in which the original transaction was charged and the means of payment from which the transaction was made.

Credits will be transferred to the credit card from which the original order was made. The credit will be transferred to the buyer's credit card in accordance with the schedules of the credit card company.
